MOSAIC: Intra-tumoral heterogeneity characterization through large-scale spatial and cell-resolved multi-omics profiling

We’re proud to share our latest publication  — our large-scale, multi-center initiative mapping tumor complexity across thousands of cancer patients using spatial and single-cell omics, histology, and AI.

MOSAIC integrates:

  • Spatial & single-cell transcriptomics
  • Bulk RNA and exome sequencing
  • H&E histology
  • Curated, clinically-defined cohorts

We also introduce MOSAIC Window, a publicly available subset of 60 patients released via the EGA. Using four deeply profiled patients, we demonstrate how multi-omic analysis reveals intra-tumoral variability, uncovers cancer subpopulations with distinct drug sensitivities, and informs therapeutic recommendations.

Read the paper to explore how MOSAIC is redefining cancer systems biology and targeted therapeutic strategies.
