Announcing MOSAIC-Window: looking inside the MOSAIC dataset
Access 60 patients from MOSAIC’s 7,000-patient dataset to explore spatial omics and validate research ideas.

Following our 1,000 patients milestone, we’re excited to be opening a 60-patient subset from the larger MOSAIC dataset (7,000 patients) through MOSAIC-Window. Soon, researchers will be able to apply for access to this data via the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA), allowing them to look inside the largest spatial omics dataset in oncology, work with cutting-edge modalities like spatial omics and single-cell data, and run spatial omics proof-of-concept studies before moving to larger projects.
About MOSAIC
MOSAIC is a large-scale initiative that combines patient samples and technologies from multiple institutions, hospitals and technology partners, who are joining forces with Owkin to create the largest multimodal, spatial omics atlas in cancer.
