The MOSAIC Window dataset is now fully available
We’re excited to share that MOSAIC Window has now reached 60 patients, the full release of this subset from the larger MOSAIC dataset!
In this round, we’ve added data from Mesothelioma, DLBCL, and Ovarian cancer patients to complete the 5 indications:
- Ovarian (n=15)
- Mesothelioma (n=10)
- DLBCL (n=10)
- Glioblastoma (n=10)
- Bladder (n=15)
These data include all six MOSAIC modalities (spatial transcriptomics, single-cell RNA, bulk RNA, whole exome sequencing, pathology / histology, clinical metadata), and are available via the European Genome-Phenome Archive (EGA).
Researchers can apply to access MOSAIC Window via EGA and begin proof-of-concept studies enabling deeper insights into tumor-immune interactions, biomarker discovery, and more
